MTVA hosted the 41st annual general assembly of the EGTA (European Group of Television Advertising – the association of television and radio sales houses) on 21-22 May 2015.
The event was held at the Vigadó in Budapest. The two day long assembly was opened by Katty Roberfroid, Secretary General of the EGTA, Miklós Vaszily, Deputy Director General of the MTVA and Franz Prenner, President of the EGTA. Lecturers and participants of the assembly discussed the opportunities provided by the digital era in the field of advertising, marketing and audience monitoring. They also talked about sales models, successful media campaigns and the potential of the online market. András Galavics, Director of MTVA’s Sales House presented the marketing challenges they had to face when planning the campaigns for MTVA’s radio channels.
